How’s the Market? April, 2015
T.S. Elliot said “April is the cruelest month.” But February, 2015 was the cruelest month since weather data has been recorded. So far, April has been gorgeous.
It was a very difficult winter. Plus, I broke a bone in my hand skiing, and I was in a cast for 6 weeks. No fun at all.
But here is my new listing, 1016 Centre St. in Newton. $1,599,000. As the listing agent, I’ve been working with the seller to stage the property for the past 3 months and it is now showing beautifully. It should sell in this strong spring market for top dollar. Having a top realtor, me, and the best real estate company, Hammond, representing you, is a winning strategy.
Staging is one of my strongest skills. If necessary I will bring an an outside stager to help, but generally I like to start out in close consultation with the seller to make the house show it’s absolute best. After successful staging, then I rely on the outstanding marketing plan of Hammond Residential. The goal is to get top dollar for each seller.
When I work as a Buyer’s agent, I put on a different hat. But either way, I dedicate myself to furthering the interests of my clients.
Thank you to all my past clients and friends. Let’s play some golf this summer!!
Stay healthy and get some rest.
